These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://tallycounts.com (the “Services”), operated by an individual based in Pakistan (“we,” “us,” “our”). Tallycounts provides free online tools, including a tally counter and tally chart maker, to help users count and organize data easily. The Services are provided for general personal and professional use.

Some features (like saving your stats) require creating an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and be responsible for all activity under your account. Our tools are 100% free to use. We may offer a “Buy Me a Coffee” donation option for users who wish to support us voluntarily. This is not a purchase or subscription, and no goods or services are exchanged in return.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to hack, disrupt or interfere with the Services, use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Services, copy, resell or redistribute our tools or content without permission, or impersonate another person or provide false information.

All content, design, branding and code on Tallycounts belong to us unless otherwise stated. You may use the Services for personal or business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or resell any part of the Services without our written permission.
